1. How far in advance should I reserve a date for my move?

That is up to you. Some customers book six months in advance and others with minimal notice. We recommend schedule two weeks in advance.

2. Is the estimate you emailed the final price?

We do not offer a fixed final price before the move. We do a hourly rate that will determine the final price when the move is complete.

3. How do I confirm my reservation?

You will have to pay a &100 deposit in order to confirm your move date.

4. Is my deposit refundable?

Yes, if you give us a 3-day notice before canceling or rescheduling the move.

5. What steps do you take to make sure your movers are covid-19 free?

We monitor all our employee’s temperature every morning before they leave for the move. We are constantly using hand sanitizer, our movers are wearing masks and maintain a safe distance.
